Designed specifically for users who struggle with consistency and discipline, GetRunning offers a tailored experience with features like guided runs, personalized coaching plans, motivational quotes, and the ability to track progress and celebrate milestones.
This project was informed by extensive user research, including market analysis of existing apps and feedback from surveys. Personas and scenarios, such as a university student seeking confidence and a recreational runner needing motivation, helped shape the app’s functionality. From social features like leaderboards and in-run cheers to practical tools like goal setting and progress tracking, the design focuses on making jogging accessible, fun, and engaging.
